MAS shall either replace Invalid Leads with the Prospect Information of an equal number of Prospects as those underlying the Invalid Leads or credit Client’s invoice for the aggregate purchase price of such Invalid Leads. In order to receive replacement or credit back for any Prospect’s Prospect Information that Client believes represents an Invalid Lead, Client must identify to MAS, at a minimum, the full name and email address associated with the Prospect whose Prospect Information Client believes represents an Invalid Lead, and Client’s reason for believing it constitutes an Invalid Lead. Credit and/or replacement Prospect Information cannot exceed 10% of the total Prospect Information delivered by MAS.
The initial term of this Agreement shall be one year, during which time either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing the other with 30 calendar days’ prior written notice of termination. The initial term of this Agreement and any extension thereof shall be referred to as the “Term.”
At the end of the Term, the obligations of MAS to generate Prospect Information hereunder shall terminate, and all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
